Founding partners, B. Kuwabara, M. McKenna and S. Blumberg. No mention of any partners with a last name starting with a P.

This would be a great community for mixed use projects, similar to those in the University district. But it looks as if we are getting the same old zoned generic land uses that you see in the suburbs. Such a waste for such a great location that could have been a real destination for the city.

It is not just the awful taste in architecture, but look at the public realm or lack thereof! Parking lots in front of the buildings, Really? This area has so much potential and this is what they throw our way!
At first I hated the glass treatment and thought it was too busy, but now that there is a big wall of it, it really helps to break up the monotony of plain glass cladding.
Hopefully not Green Ash, as they are the latest to get leaves in spring and the earliest to lose them in fall. The time they are green is short. They are very resilient in our climate, as well as cheap, hence why developers use them so much.
