    It's a nice little project. Not architecturally stunning, but fits the location. Sadly, there's already small apartment building already there, so it'll be only a mild density upgrade, but the new build will most likely be smaller units that are more expensive.

    Those are my thoughts. At the moment the area around Chinook Centre/LRT isn't a nice area, but it's very convenient and has some pros. Hopefully adding some density can improve the area and spur on better developments. I haven't read through the Chinook Communities LAP since it was approved...
