It's a nice little project. Not architecturally stunning, but fits the location. Sadly, there's already small apartment building already there, so it'll be only a mild density upgrade, but the new build will most likely be smaller units that are more expensive.

I took a quick look through the LAP that was approved earlier this year. They have some general guidance for the areas, but for the area adjacent to Chinook Centre and around the LRT station, not much really other than some guides for building heights. Outside of the overall plan, I'd like to...

Those are my thoughts. At the moment the area around Chinook Centre/LRT isn't a nice area, but it's very convenient and has some pros. Hopefully adding some density can improve the area and spur on better developments. I haven't read through the Chinook Communities LAP since it was approved...
