I am a fan of limited parking. I'd like to see it even reduced. If you increase parking the roads have to be designed to accommodate the cars that will ultimately fill those spots in a limited time period.

Yes parking lot is owned by Oxford and original concept was to be taller than Brookfield. They had a rendering released but I believe it will be redesigned.

Any chance this is turned into a residential building? Would be the opposite fate of the building across the street which was originally proposed as residential, built the foundation and subsequently halted and completed as office.

I'm just glad the west end of Downtown is getting some love. I'm hoping that because land in the East Village is now generally spoken for, developers will turn their attention to the West End.
