Is there going to be a terrace as part of this building on the top floor? If there is I think that is a great addition. Partly makes up for the disappointment of the facade.

Wouldn't be CNOOC but CNPC or PetroChina although they are operating as Brion Energy as it relates to this project. CNOOC is the company that bought Nexen.

Much more spandrel than the rendering suggests so far. I am disappointed with how its turning out.
