Does anyone by chance know who is doing the live-wall installation? Local company or not? I have recently gone back to school for horticulture, with interiorscaping as a career aspiration, and would love to get involved in projects like this in the future.

Another potential solution to the insulation issue I see would be double or dual glazed (or whatever it's called) like the McKimmie retrofit, or the Bow.

I'd say a National would be best on the Riff - but there isn't really any possibility for that at this stage. M2 could work, but I think it should be slightly more tame than a National. (or maybe that's just due to my experiences at National ?)
