Silver fascia and the wood soffit should help brighten it up methinks. I agree; it is a departure from the rendering. The spandrel above the glass shown here is silver/white and they installed something very dark (and much taller). I'll hold judgement until it's finished though.

Lol sure, but in addition to Crescent Heights and Rosedale, there is also Briar Hill, St Andrews Heights, Mount Royal, Scarboro, parts of Edgemont, parts of Ramsay (and I'm probably missing some more) that all have the same defining feature of being elevated and providing city & or mountain...

If these 2 are "twins" but the other 4 buildings are different - I'll take it. As long they aren't quadruplets too. Some diversity would be nice. Waterfront next door did not bad at this until the most recent phase that put up many buildings which look all too similar.

These are very plain square concrete boxes made more interesting with the exterior cladding and sub-set balconies. Quite a contrast from the very plain square concrete box made worse by the cladding and window placements on The Hub in NW.
