They’ve been replacing windows for the last few weeks, I didn’t realize this was residential conversion or I would’ve taken a picture.

I was out in Chestermere and I noticed a ton of development activity. I don’t got projects these are, but I don’t think we have any threads for them. East of the city on the south side of 17th Ave across from East Hills shopping.

Any thoughts on why domestic is down, but international and US are up?

In cabin service seems the same to me, but Westjet has slid service-wise when trying to contact them, like really sucks. Once upon a time you could call them and get a hold of a live person with reasonable ease but now it’s almost impossible.

Is there any chance this can be bought by another developer and turned into an apartment building? I’m not an expert at construction and architecture, but I would think that if it was already going to be a residential care centre they could make a few alterations and turn it into an apartment...

There is development happening near three of the stations right now. Westbrook’s debacle isn’t due to demand, it’s due to the land being sold by one developer who did nothing.

Everybody, cyclists, pedestrians, drivers have been complaining about the Marda loop construction. Not sure why you feel the need to bring up the anti-car stuff. It’s not related to the original discussion. It comes across more as you wanting a chance to rail against cars and people who drive...
