Just one tower as far as I know. The models they have in the presentation centre just have one tower.

So much worse than what was actually built. The new condo at Centre St/13th Ave with beige, pink and brown siding is way worse than even this proposal in my opinion.

There is a bit of awkward grade change between them. Dalhousie Station is raised up quite a bit from the townhomes. I don't think they can really deal with it though... it's park in the middle.

Bringing storefronts out to the street... that will definitely help people to pass the time when waiting for the buses along 5th Ave.

Lack of glass may mean it looks like the 1970s apartments from the inside. I just hope they have really high ceilings to make up to the probable lack of light (compared to other new mid-rises).
