Those metal panel doors make me think it could be a multi-purpose building... since those look like they could be ctrain power control boxes (unsure of the proper name) but the rest of the building appears that it'll be more than that. Hoping it's a cafe.
I didn't notice that in my initial quick look at the plans. Very good point. Hopefully they have fully thought it through and it really works... Or they change it to be at ground level.
That unfortunately isn't a reclad I think. It just seems to be permanent scaffolding. I've been walking past it every day for months... and don't notice anything going on. I do agree that it really needs a reclad though!
My guess is that it's on hold until the market improves. Embassy Bosa (now Bosa Developments) has other projects that are further along, and in more established communities. I doubt there's enough market appetite to develop an entire new mid-high end high density community right now.

Occupancy is pretty high in Pacific Mall, even though there's only like 5 types of shops in it, each repeated nearly identically multiple times; bubble tea, food court, cell phone accessories, hair cutting places and random trinkets.
