A sort of update. The whole Olympic Plaza block (except for Teatro) is now fenced off and they're actively demo-ing the Plaza. Won't be long until they come and take down the trees.

Yes, development of the lots between Chinook station and Chinook mall would be great and could be a game changer for the whole area, for Calgary's attempts at TOD, etc. It's baffling that nobody has developed any of those blocks for decades. Does anyone know who owns these blocks?
