Here’s a question I’ll throw out there. What is the point of having a carbon tax, if 90% is going back as rebates to people who have lower incomes? I mean, isn’t that only a regular tax at this point? I’d much rather see a smaller carbon tax that goes 100% to promoting alternative energy sources.

I’ve been finding the site as flaky all week, but this morning it’s painfully slow to the point that looks like the site has crashed or something.

Calgary’s a good sized city but probably not big enough to be a hub airport for 2 airlines and I’m not sure it ever made sense for AC to have 4 hubs. Their long term preference would always be to use the main cities. Calgary will be like a Denver (United) or Minneapolis (Delta) for comparison...
