The city has plans to extend the blue line to 85th street SW and the Red line down to Silverado & 210 street SW. I was wondering if these expansions are on hold until the green line phase 1 is complete?

Definitely - though last time I went they didn't have any bike racks which seems a bit odd for a brewery. The lagers are pilsners are worth the visit no doubt

The green space is provided by the Paskapoo slopes.. why invest in green space?!..... 🙃

I agree - I also believe that this is the most urban you can get outside of the inner neighbourhoods without the congestion, noise and crime (also not affected by flooding?..) I like this new urban planned development but the prices are fairly high - especially given that this is a leasehold...
