Yep - CCC is moving to where A1 café used to be and the current location on 17th will be closed down. In their Instagram page it's saying they will be moving sometime in mid to late November.

Calcutta cricket club (right beside the demolition) is moving locations to where A1 café used to be - also the building next to CCC has been unoccupied for sometime. We'll have to see what happens to this block but this is a waste of potential...

I had to contact Volkswagen - I was able to purchase the last new manual Golf wagon in Canada. This car is now discontinued and so is the manual transmission (except the GTI/Golf R but no wagon) I do very much love the looks of your NSX 😍 but sadly manual transmissions are slowly disappearing...

Yeah to be honest I haven't had a Big Rock in a while. Those trad ales are not bad but there's just many new breweries that have pretty good beers that are better than anything big rock is trying out these days. Also the brewery fairly distant away from anything - sadly it's never in a brewery...
