If one could wave one's magic wand and fill all of the parking lots adjacent to the CPR rail line through downtown with developments like this (bridging the gap between Beltline and CBD), it would take Calgary's city centre to the next level.

Personally, I think its pretty ugly. Its too busy. And the portions with white spandrel look cheap.
