Adding another column of paint.

A lot of digging going on. I didn’t get a photo but they are down about 6 feet in a lot of places. I haven’t seen any piles being put in yet, so maybe they are still preparing the site?

I agree row homes would be a waste of a good TOD location, but 6 storey wood frame would work well. Once the area starts to get developed, I can see a concrete build or two going in.

Saw this house on 10th St., Northwest, used to be blue or something if I remember correctly but now I’m seeing siding and a faint image of the old Calgary brewery logo 😎

Slow progress, but at grade now.

I have to say this building looks good in person, and so much better than rendering.

I remember them redoing it. It’s better than it used to be, but the problem is the promenade fronts mostly parking lots. Once there is some development fronting 61st the promenade will be more noticeable.

Lol, I guess the location would help. It it’s on 1st Ave., Northeast in Bridgeland. I can’t remember the side street.
