The east side of the tower looks alright IMO. Not so much on the south side, but I've seen worse.

If they're selling the units, they should be to do it easily enough. The area has a lot of interest.

Usually that's the case. It would surprise me if it didn't end up taller.

    Calgary International Airport

In case anyone missed it from the previous page, YYC stats for May. Domestic down very slightly, but Transborder and International up, and by huge gains.

The 1400 block building has done a good job improving that NE corner of the intersection, but this grassy section is a fail. I'm not a landscaping expert, but I know this grass probably won't survive or ever look nice. It's too bad they couldn't have done something different there. Plant some...

TBH, I’m okay with new plan. If this was Westbrook I’d prefer the higher density, but 1250 units is still a massive boost for the location. The reduction in units should be enough to keep the extra traffic in the neighbourhood down to a reasonable level, yet high enough density that it might...

    Trees in Calgary

Looking this pic taken by @GoVertical you can see sure the difference in trees in the SW compared to the NE. You wouldn't even think they're the same city.

    BMO Centre Expansion | 25m | 5s | CMLC

I checked the place out this morning, I have to say it is an impressive facility. Hundred times nicer than the old BMO Centre. It’s fairly typical sterile feel of a convention centre but they used a lot of warm colours, and overall the interior has a warm feel to it. Some big wide windows with...

Now that all the utility/infrastructure work is done, the city is gong to start selling parcels at Midfield https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/city-launches-sales-for-housing-parcels-at-site-of-former-mobile-home-park-1.7224657

    Calgary & Alberta Economy

The ratios are similar to 2020/2021 as well where Calgary was a solid 4th. The big three have gotten the most, but in per capita terms, Calgary has done better. On a per capita basis only Kitchener/Waterloo has done better, which isn't surprising.
