Ha, yeah, I think at this point, that would be a steal there. I paid $1400 for a 350sqft apartment....but this was like 14 years ago and in a part of Brooklyn that wasn't particularly cool. Bet that place is like $2.5-3K now.

Yeah, I can see why they didn't...but a shame long term if things ever get better in the neighborhood. But you do bring up a good point, selling a main floor residential unit may be just as challenging.

While some are better than others, personally I like the Bosa condos...especially Riverwest with the circular floor plate. They may not be flashy, but I prefer the cleaner concrete facades over the overly busy spandrel/mullions/random color combos we often get today. One of the my favourites...

Both projects could've been decent if they went with a "less is more" philosophy, and the architects could color coordinate. Unfortunately neither did, so we are left with two subpar projects. But hey, still better than the Point of View monstrosities on the west side. Hopefully one day there...
