    Weather and Gardening Discussion

Haven’t had to turn the a/c on in my house yet thankfully but I sure am happy I put it in last year. On that note, if anyone is planning on getting a/c this year is the year to do it. New regulations next year and 13 SEER no longer available so prices will be ⬆️⬆️⬆️. 16SEER already $8-1500 more...

The only thing I miss from my old house is my flowering tree out front. When in bloom I would come home from work and that tree was just buzzing from all the bee activity.

The swimming pool had been shut down for at least 5 years now I think. Right at the beginning of Covid they had a really big electrical upgrade done on the campus centre. Millions flushed down the drain now

New campus centre to replace the now being demo’d campus centre. That building also had the arena, swimming pool, former rifle range, gymnasium and fitness centre. Likely new build will also have all these features other than the rifle range. Pretty frowned upon nowadays to bring your gun to school.

D ive got the Badlands trim, no Sasquatch package but this one comes with 33” tires from the factory and the disconnecting sta-bar disconnect for more articulation off road. Have not had it off road yet as I’m still in the scared to break it phase of ownership haha

My Bronco has the 7 speed manual and it was the cheaper option. Really a 6 speed with a crane gear for off roading. I had to go with the higher trim level though because I also needed a heated steering wheel! Haha

Nice old mustang I saw at the mechanics. My old Maxima that I certainly miss, was a write off after the big hail storm in 2014. Current Bronco is mine and my work wheels as well!

    General Construction Updates

I would love for there to be less cars downtown when I have to head down there for work. Early Covid days driving to/from work and getting around was such a breeze. If they could get it like that would be fantastic. My job requires I have a service vehicle and that I drive to where I will be...
