Just concrete pads with no trees. There's also only 2 of them instead of 3. The west tower looks like it might have some astroturf on a couple of them. Kinda pathetic the building owners put so little care or effort into them as that could actually be a draw for new tenants.

I like how the rendering added non existent trees to the roofs of the first 2 towers. Edit: Looking closer there's also people. Do these actually have 3 tier balconies on the roof?

The prefab townhouses in Seton just doubled overnight. Also, they don’t have garages. There must be designated parking stalls. Very tight site so not sure how long before guests start using the Long & McQuade parking lot. The main street building’s coming along:
