I just walked by this yesterday and there appears to be new signage up mentioning a new application under review... DP2019-6395. Does anyone know what's happening with this? Gravity's website still mentions Land Use and DP approval so I don't think it's been updated recently.

We live right close to here so I've been following it very close! Most of the info I've found has been from here. That file looks to include a Letter of Intent from The The Commons for the office space. This is the first I've heard of Una though! Our family's getting very excited to see this...

As mentioned in the Steps thread, there's another crane up in Bridgeland! There's now 3 up in the neighbourhood. :D

I doubt it. The section of the road that's dug up looks like they were accessing the north wall of Steps' basement that's already built. Either that or some utility connection in tight to the wall itself. I've also seen a few workers on the Steps site over the past several weeks.

I notice that the road has been dug up for a week or so as well. Definitely a lot more life here!

Not sure if it's construction related or just site maintenance, but there were crews on-site sandblasting last weekend. They were there for two days, so maybe prepping the site for life beyond a perpetual eye-sore? It'd be nice if this got moving again.

I was just by this lot and it looks like there's some fresh new fencing with what looks to be a new Scott Construction sign. Perhaps it's just maintenance of the site, but maybe there's been some renewed interest with the action around the Jemm Properties proposal next door.
