    I think some colour change could help those condos. If Sasso and Vetro painted all the green stucco white or black I think it would help. If NuEra painted their cream stucco white it would also help.

    I really hate that row of windows/mesh along the top. As more of the tiles get installed, that row really distracts from the nice smooth waves pattern. At the least, the row should have either been all mesh or all windows, not both.

    That is insane. My mortgage for a 2460 square foot house is only $2650 a month….and I’m still upset because I had to renew my mortgage and was paying $2300 before that. Who the hell is renting these things?

    I read the modular part, so will this be built the same way the Alt Hotel in EV was built? I actually really like the Alt Hotel. Your point about colour is dead on. If this was all black with slightly bigger windows and maybe a slightly different massing I think it would have been a slam dunk.

    I agree. I think the original building (when it was new) was far superior, but it was looking old, worn, and tired. I don’t mind this conversion so far. I’d rank it second behind Cube, but far better than the Eau Clare buildings and that vinyl siding abomination I will not name.
