If we are moving forward with the A/G option, 10th Ave is the least impactful, as noted by others. I would've liked to see the alignment run deeper south to 12th Avenue, to capture a larger portion of the Beltline population. Certainly not the end of the world. Let's build it!

That's function of location more than the quality of the development. It's a black brutalist box, cladded in cheap aluminum siding and sparse landscaping. They missed the mark. Enzo and the Fishman's building are big improvements.

The black & red definitely give it a death star vibe. Overall, a decent tower though.

The Grandstand is my vote for a new stadium. There is a sea of parking there already and a very underutilzed facility. If they can figure out a way to roll the field on and off the existing dirt and add some retractable seating, they can save a pile of money. They'd likely need to be on the road...
