I'm really torn with this one. I really like the development that is being proposed but the buildings it's replacing breaks my heart. The trees and the homes have so much character where they're going to demo but it is what it is I guess.

Agreed. That podium makes me physically angry anytime I have to go by it.

Just walked by this morning and they're demoing the CCC and Cilantro building.

By the looks of it, they're letting it fall into a state of disrepair until it gets leveled so they can develop it into something else, but that's just my suspicion.

Such a shame, I love that little building. Would make for a great restaurant and/or cocktail bar.

I thought someone mentioned not long ago that Western Securities was involved with that lot now, or maybe I imagined that. I know they're involved with the one kitty corner to underwood, but I thought someone mentioned this land too.

Which is nuts cause from what I could see, there's not much for a pathway detour. I saw people jumping onto elbow drive to run and rollerblade around the barricades.

Same here! That railing was definitely rough looking so I'm excited to see it updated.

Captured a quick shot of all the mission bridge (and area) construction yesterday. I could find the plan for it on the city site but couldn't see any renders of what they're doing. Are they going to be similar improvements to the east side that they made a few years ago?

This is one of the developments I'm most looking forward to and I'm realllllly hoping that the retail component is knocked out of the park.

I know it probably won't happen at this point but I miss the idea of Corcorde Entertainment opening a spot in that space by the bow cycle space.

They demoed the building that was on this site last week. I keep meaning to snap a photo of the site, will try and get one the next time I go by it.
