We completed one in Kingsland, going duplex to 4. It was a challenge, but I believe turned out well.i can put some pics up for constructive critique. Very small, but the structure was designed to add another floor. Bear with me I’ll have to pull the project up maybe tomorrow.

Has anybody seen any floor plans for this one? I'm just curious about the second floor and the canted exterior wall which appears to leave maybe 16" clearance at the face of the column. May just be optics, as I'm just using stud spacing as a reference.
