Those look superficial, and that's very normal. I would have zero concerns about that

5st replaced driving lanes for a few blocks (the 9ave underpass for example). The rest is parking lanes. Do we have usage numbers for the bike lanes downtown? The idea of eliminating the lane on 12th is nuts, probably the best used lane in the city!

I bet we will get a big heat wave at some point in August. Whatever system is giving us all this rain has to move out at some point...

There were a couple towers in Toronto that were done years ago that looked quite similar to these, but were white instead of the condiment colours these were to be. The TO ones looked much, much better...

I'd be very surprised if they only did a single level of parking there, would expect 3 or 4 at minimum. Above grade could reduce the amount of parking required underground, but the additional ramp to go up instead of down, would reduce the amount of frontage for retail, and not really save them...

People also seem to forget that every person on a bike is one less person in a car. People just have such a selfish mindset about this and are caught in an us vs them mentality.

So is this the wettest July ever, or does it just feel like it. Haven't been mountain biking in a month since the trails are all mud and running water. Where was this moisture during snowboard season?!
