It seems to have gotten 2x worse just this summer. There was a noticeable spike after Covid, but that spike is still rapidly growing. Being downtown I expect to see some disorder, but it's just spiraling right now.

The Minto buildings in Kensington have roof top dog runs, it's starting to become common. I hear a small dog fell off the roof of Annex when they first opened it, dog survived somehow. Lesson learned the hard way.

Never even heard of that one. A quick google search makes me think that's correct. The roof line and general proportions are similar to the Chevy, but it doesn't have the flared fender over the back wheel the Chevy does.

Drove past this strip yesterday, impressed how 33 has turned out! Now we just need the entire area west of this to get going!! I'd even be happy if they even did a Crown Park type development just to get rid of that dirt field! Though mid - high rise would obviously be preferred...
