I personally hope it is still in the works. I think it is something you would see in a city like Van or Toronto. The architect speaks of it as a current under development project however it may be that they have not updated their website in 10 years!

I don't think many people did, myself included. However, they have spent some time with the architectural features and are using decent materials. This quality spandrel is what "should" have been used on Mark on 10th and not the paper covered glass that was value engineered into that project.

Interesting. I used to live around that area and always wondered why it wasn't developed. Will be disappointing if its only a single story. That area could use some mid size residential but I can see that happening as its next to the train. But then again, it's close to the river and Kensington.
