Does anyone know what the plan is for the north shore of the elbow river in mission? They have cleared out a ton of bushes and brush over the past couple weeks, its completely opened up now. Could be a really nice little urban beach area

Im a little confused why we're judging this building before the exterior mesh feature has even been started. That is clearly the focal point of the building.

BMW M1, worth around $600k USD for a nice example these days. If someone in that building owned one, they would have their priorities straight. Might want to park it elsewhere though 😂

Yeah i would be very suprised if they VE'd out the corner, one of the big selling points of this whole reno is opening up the building to Stephen ave, that corner is very important for that aspect
