It's definitely a really cool building, looks much larger in person imo. Especially standing on 7th Ave near the courts centre and looking down the street, as shown in some earlier pictures. It towers over everything.

They were both designed by Bjarke Ingels, isn't there a reason for their similarity? I always saw them as kind of like a Yin and Yang sort of thing. Love both towers, but I agree. Their tower is perhaps more ambitious, but ours is much more elegant.

I'm fine if they want to make the street side of the podium like that, it's not ideal but survivable. But I agree, facing the river with what looks like it should instead be facing a back alley is unacceptable. Should be some big floor-to-ceiling windows allowing lots of natural light and views...
