Are there any plans / info on what will be done with the buildings directly to the east of the Hat? This is the worst exposure of this one, you can only hope that something quality can partially block the lower section of it from that angle so the top more or less blends in to filler once EV...

She's a beut! What a win for EV. I hope the large colorful pixel signage facing the north at the top remains unchanged from the renderings - Excellent needed splash of color for the area.

My god. Please no. The materials look terrible in the render, can only imagine how bad the end product would be in reality. West DT has too many facepalms already, we don't need another one.

Was strolling through EV today...man the excessive spandrel and dark glass really does not bode well thus far.

Brutal. Just like the Uber spandrel disappointment Nueras crown turned out to be compared to the renders.

What has Arlington done in the past that is giving the low optimism for their development of the 17th buildings they purchased? I'm not a huge fan of this Fifth Street design, but its not too bad. Have they cut corners in the past?

This building was always top of my wish list for buildings in prominent Beltline locations that I hoped they'd tear down for a new development. I am all for preserving heritage buildings, however there isn't anything remotely worth saving on this one IMO. Two other smaller scale ones in...

Great shot! Was driving down 10th for the first time in a while yesterday - man has these three towers changed the landscape there. Awesome to see the gap between DT and Beltline being filled along the tracks.

Looks very promising so far...also any decent new building that will block another view of Shaw is more than welcome!
