I don't know of any off-hand Eamon, but my best guess would be to call the CG, and ask. Of course that involves finding out who the GC is, but as you probably know ,they have their signs plastered around the site.
As already mentioned the best thing is to always think of the bike lane as a car lane. I have occasionally seen people go to make a right and cut off a cyclist because they are probably thinking they are in the far right lane and forgot to shoulder check.

I like both tower and podium, the wood paneling though artificial gives a nice warmth to the area. I'm not sure about the cinder block either, but I'm guessing it'll be painted maybe?
I saw the tower earlier today with the sun on it, and it looked good imho. We'll have a better idea when more spandrel is up, but so far, it's not as bad as I was expected.
I like everything about this one. The towers look good, the podium has this weird retro look to it, and 17K sq ft of retail facing both 12th ave and 11th street. Winner.
