It's insane how tall this thing is even though it still has 14 more floors to go.

It'd be great if the river pathway had any food places at all or at least temporary booths/food trucks during the warm months.

Tbh the design for this one does feel quite dated but hopefully the street level of the building will make up for it with density.

A very clean(but not sterile) design. Actually looks quite "livable" despite being modern. I especially like the rock paneling they have going on and the little patches of grass in front of the bench areas on the second pictures. Very nice little details.

Damn that is one busy looking construction site. Can't say I've ever seen that much machinery in a single space. Definitely good news.

If anyone's wondering, this is what's currently there. Definitely a massive improvement in both design and density.

Honestly, the hat isn't that terrible, especially not in the context of East Village. Even if it's not that great on it's own, it fits in well in terms of color and massing with the rest of the buildings around it.

Looks like progress is moving at an okay pace. Great to see this going up.

They definitely should've done the front side the same way they did the back. The backside is nothing to write home about either but then it at least doesnt stand out as much. The design looks incredibly dated altogether though, looks straight from the 70s-80s.

24 floors done, onto the 25th. Maybe they'll start installing the glass when people have already moved in and started living here lol

The location for this tower is amazing and I have no doubt the view from the apartments will be even better. Really hoping they start on it soon.
