Thought I'd bump this thread. Really impressed with the way East Village is coming together. Once those interior lots get filled it'll be right up there battling for best neighborhood in Calgary along with the Beltline.

The quality of renders and/or finished product is concerning with some of these developers. Get rid of the random dark blue glass and chose a darker yellow and this at least wouldn't be as offensive. Wouldn't cost more either.

Love seeing Mckinley Burkart on any DP application. The inner-city neighborhoods south of 17th ave are continuing to do very well as far as new infill.
