Wow Beltline's really heating up, so many large quantity unit developments/proposals. I guess with 3k population growth over the last 2 years during relatively slow city growth, developers really are bullish on future growth. Shouldn't be long before we see 30k population here. I'd like to see...

I like the look of it too. Looks like a more modern version of their Chocolate condo tower. Happy to see Calgary’s new developments continue to include more variety and character than many of the clone banal towers in Van and TO, even though the top end in those cities is quite remarkable.

Yes I agree, east side of Beltline starting to look a lot more built up. Actually many parts of the Beltline are looking a lot more built up lately. Pic I took yest:

Great to hear, this is one of the best midrise designs i've ever seen. Would fill one of the last holes in the Bridges and make the area feel much more complete too. Now to start building more mixed-use along the north side of 1 Ave NE!
