Yeah! Was in Toronto a few weeks ago staying near the U of T campus, having that many students in the core of the city really gives the place life. This is another step for Calgary to getting a bit more of that flavour downtown, whoop whoop.

This project looks great. I've been in the city 7 years and amount of change in bridgeland during that time is crazy. With this project and Dominion the neighbourhood is adding 2 more great pieces. Will be interesting to see this area in another 7 years.

Crazy, this project is massive. 1252 units is game changing for that area, at 1.5 ppl per unit that would add aroun 1900 ppl to the area, dayum. The east end of 17th and Mission would definitely feel it. Are these going to be rentals or condo?

I know there has been chatter about doing some office to residential conversions. Interesting to see a project actually follow through. It makes sense, you swap class C office which won't be occupied for years for grade A apartments.
