    I would agree there are definite zones, hit the nail on the head with the McLeod section, haha. It's not the beltline but I would add 4th St. South into Mission as another cluster with it's feel.

    My impression with this site and the one on 17th ave is that Truman is waiting to see what will happen in the market. With both sites they got permits, cleared the site, drilled piles and are now seemingly idle.

    Dayum, this is crazy. With all these massive proposals coming up I wonder which ones will actually get built. Personally I take this one over the one on MacLeod and 25th, although I think that one is further along.

    Yeah I was surprised not to see Mercedes and BMW there because the place was packed. I don't know what official attendance is but in the last two years have seemed pretty full. Who knows if the show actually drives sales though. Still a great way to spend an afternoon.
