I think it's everything most people will want for the arena, inside and out. Save for it not having the same kind of iconic roof line of the Saddledome.

There is a base crane sitting on top of the roof on the east side that I don't think was there before. I had heard a rumour that that the crane was going up imminently and that the first tower was going ahead. Hopefully that is true.

Noticed soil/environmental testing going on at the site at centre street between 11th and 12th ave SE. Wonder if that project could be moving toward construction.

Sign for Railtown land use (south of the tracks) is up. Very big site, and they’re seeking a lot of density.

Noticed a development notice sign at the Circle K strip mall site at 12th ave and 1st sw. That site was for sale a couple years ago, wonder if development is proceeding. The planning and development map is not working, anyone know what is going on there?

The Trico project also frees up their current headquarters site on 11th and 9th SW for redevelopment. Lots going on in that part of the Beltline.

Don’t know if anyone mentioned, but Strategic started up work on their ONE project at 10th and Macleod SE. 36 floors. 350 units.
