It's not official yet that both towers are going up right away. But everything I've been told is it will happen all at once.

After the roof is on the podium the cranes come down then change the location of the cranes that would sit on the roof slab for the Towers. That way the retail will be open during the rest of the construction.

Would be the same time we want the first crane up as soon as possible to be able to use it to pour concrete. The plan is to have 3 cranes up for the parkade and podium. With a least 2 placing booms.

We hope to be pouring concrete footings in early December!!

We're pouring 3 slabs in 3 days. And working Sunday!

Were pouring are first slab tomorrow! It's a slab on grade. First suspended slab being poured early next week!

The date has been moved to the 18th or 19th now. I'm guessing what you seen was the elevator pit for the commercial phase.

They hope to start digging the crane pad bye the end of this week. Then pouring the crane base early next week. I'd guess the earliest date that the 1st crane going up would be August 15th....
