Yes it's gone and this one was a super quick demolition I could almost swear that a couple of days ago the building was was still there and intact. Pictures are not the best, may go for a walk in that area today again and take some better pictures. Regardless, this is how it looks right now:

Yesterday: Asked about the pricing and 1 bedroom units on the second floor star at ~370k, while two bedrooms (~1000 sq ft) start at I believe ~460k. Goes up the higher up you go.
