It’s following a fairly similar timeline of their other projects on 33rd. As one project is wrapping up the next one starts construction. I’m sure as this one is wrapping up construction, the 1500 Block project will be starting construction.

I noticed an excavator on site while driving by tonight. I’m not sure why, because it seemed like they had already completed excavation. It’s possible that it’s from the Main Streets contractor and they are just temporarily storing it there.
