Not great,but but not bad. An improvement to the area, that said the area has a pretty low bar to begin with. If this one and the one across the street to the north both get built and Bronconnier’d project to the west also, we might see that area turn around.

Looking at @1875's pic makes me wonder they didn't stay with plain white or off-white panels. It actually looks okay. It's too bad it's going to look like crap when they peel off the wrapping.

The glass looks good from that distance and angle, and it should look even better once it's finished.

One tallish building would be okay. Something to signify the intersection as the center of the neighborhood. I think the way this is structured, it wouldn't be overpowering either. The problem comes when everybody will want to do a 12 storey building.

With Boston now, most of the large airports in the US are covered. Detroit/Philadelphia/Washington and Miami are left, but I don't know if anyone cares much if we get routes to those places. Miami might be kind of nice, it would mean coverage for pretty much all geographical regions of the US.

There’s something going on at the site this morning. I caught only a glimpse but I saw workers there and some machinery going.

It's too bad the patio doesn't face NE, the views of downtown would be awesome. Mind you the sunsets will be nice from this angle.

I saw some stuff going on there Friday as I driving by. There were also a couple of pickup trucks, and a flatbed truck.

6 is a sleeper for sure. Didn't give it much thought at first, but after looking at it a few more times, gave it a vote. #2 is probably my favorite.
