Since it appears the overhead lines end in front of this property. Maybe they will bury them. Atleast the portion in front of this project?

Not that the developers are filling with exciting things for residents on a super prime spot in the Beltline

The only thing I worry about is people will get use to the corner being a cool place and will be pissed that it is getting developed

There is so much going on up there now.

I would think they would coordinate with Greenline construction. But who knows what its future is as well? Either way I doubt we will see construction starting anytime soon, though demolition is a strong start

Appears all the tenants have vacated this building. Demolition should be soon. Might be another tower going up in the near future

Looks like they are working on 25ave ( looks like fibre optic install). Must be a work lay down area with all the equipment

4th street will look pretty impressive when those are built and if the proposal at 17/4 goes up as well!

Fair enough. You realize it’s basically the only way into downtown for cars from the west? I agree there probably is a need for more bike lanes form that direction. Though having bike lanes on 15,14, 12, 8 ave’s and the riverfront is quite a few options

Didn’t they pay like $80 million for this lot? Parking revenue and leasing it out for a few events can’t be that much of a return on that investment??

I’ve been staring at this crane at the next phase in Emerald Sky in Kincora for months thinking it was just another unmanned crane. After taking a closer look it actually has a control pod up high to operate from above. Any opinions if it should be added?

WS and all airlines in North America have slipped their service. Either it be on time service, cancelled flights, poor customer service or just in flight product. Of course Porter probably has a better in flight service (it has too, to attract new customers) but they have lots of their own...
