The first residential building is topped out. I haven't been by the site in a while, but I know they started the second building a while back.

I had heard about another Beltline tower close to going ahead, must be this one.

The older amber lights were incandescent and the new white ones are LED. There's no point in making LED's as amber lighting because it's the same amount of electricity either way, so they always go with the bright white.

If they are going to be drilling, they generally try to make the area flat for the drilling rigs. It's easier for the drilling drew if the ground is reasonable level.

It's hard to say with the Barron building, because it has been empty for some time so there's no real rush to get it finished. Sure they want to get it done and get revenue from it, but there aren't any deadlines.
