That's a good point. They did reasonably well with the parcel they had, and as you said, the area around it is already dense and busy and doesn't need an arena to boost things. Victoria Park could use an arena to boost its vitality, but really other kinds of developments are better suited for...

These types of developments are good for Bowness, we just a few more of them. One of the other projects on Gravity's website 'The Jake' is also slated for Bowness.

It'd be nice if this went ahead. Brentwood as an urban node would really take off.

This is in Quarry Park. I don’t know this project, but it appears to be stalled at the moment.

Pile installation has completed, and excavation should begin shortly. Possibly Monday.

As I mentioned earlier the colour choices could be better but I can live with beige.

IMO colours could be better, but to be honest I am totally fine with it. it will blend in amongst all the other projects around the area and add some good density to Sunnyside.

The fourth tower is topped out now.

Agree. Sometimes ribbed metal panels can look cheap, but these look fantastic.

Totally different type of material installation compared to their other project, 1215, which is almost the exact same building. 1215 was straight up window wall installation.

Has anyone noticed the ALT hotel sign at night. Looks great - much better in person than the pics. My phone camera doesn't do it justice.
