    Calgary | Redstone | 44m | 14s | Amble Ventures | NORR

Beltline keeps rolling. I wonder when the last time the Beltline was without at least one tower crane somewhere?

Good news is that crane is arriving soon. This reminds me if The Royal, that one took forever before a crane arrived.

    The Livery | 9m | 2s | Ansonia | MODA

Between the old Livery, this new Livery, and the silver rain elevator looking building to the east of it, there is some good diversity in Inglewood. You forget how diverse the architecture is in the neighborhood.

    Urban Development and Proposals Discussion

Calgary has its sprawl, but when I see pics like this and then compare to places like Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, etc.. I think we're doing pretty well. We have a nicely built up core, it's the ring neighborhoods around the core that could use a density bump.

I like the scale. I know some in Inglewood will complain that it's too large, but this is the perfect lot if you are going bigger, many other lots aren't suitable for something of this scale. Inglewood's shaping up to be a nice busy little hub .

    Plaza 54 I 186m | 54s I Killam REIT I Gibbs Gage Architects

Having any extra street facing retail open past 5:00pm would be awesome. I also like the idea of the mini food market.

I don't care how boring the towers are, if there are 4 retail units facing the street and 800 odd res units this is a win.

    General Construction Updates

Why would there even be NIMBY opposition to this? It's a small almost noticeable project.
