Exterior renovations and ADDITIONS to 120 10A ST NW. This is a prominent building and can be said to be on the gateway into Kensington. This is on Memorial Drive and 10 ST NW. It's where that Mexican restaurant used to be. The LOC's and permit applications had me confused for a long time...
