    Sunnyside is easily the best example we have of well integrated transit within a neighborhood hub. Westbrook could be a nice example if it ever gets going and Walmart is gone.

    Me too. I'm glad to see it getting converted, but too bad they couldn't keep the old facade, it was cool.

    At the end of the day this new arena will do a much better job of intetrgrating with the ajacent blocks and streets, which is what I was most interested in. We could have had a more interesting overall design lke the arena in Quebec, but we'd be stuck with an arena that doesn't integrate well...

    Agreed. When Penny Lane was torn down, there wasn't much concern about the loss of retail due to EAP having retail also, but it's not even close to the retail street vibrancy that Penny Lane had.
