I noticed you mention that there is a pool planned for CityPlace/Canoe Landing Community Centre Area and that it was buried in the PFR budget lines.

Would that be the "Lands South of Canoe Landing Park" budget line in the PFR 2024 and 2025 budget or would that be somewhere else?

Jamestown from what I remember is considered the most dense neighbourhood in Canada, isn't it?
