I saw the exterior paneling today in person, and I don’t mind it. It’s nicer looking than I was expecting.

I like how they kept the original panels and just applied these new thin alu strips over top. That means, in 20 years, when all of them are peeling off, it will slowly reveal the original facade...

I wasn’t liking the cladding very much, but it looks better in person. I’ll wait to reserve judgment when it’s finished, but I think the shiny reflective white will be a good contrast against the matte and textured brown.

I think the panels would look nicer if the whole building was white and the dark corrugated panels were used along the windows

I'm wondering if the white panels will be reflective. There's plastic film on the panels, and once removed maybe the panels will be more of a flat white.
