I have the feeling this starts up when one or two of the Beltline Truman projects top out and those crews come over and take this project on. Might start excavating sooner though.

The good thing is, no other Truman projects will be under excavation soon, as the Stampede Hotel excavation appears almost done. They could move that crew to this site, then First on Tenth will be topped out in a few more months.
